How do I view My Backorders?
There is a link on the left hand side of the product sections that enables you to view all your outstanding orders. You can also access this by clicking Here
How do I view My recently despatched orders?
There is a link on the left hand side of the product sections that enables you to view all your outstanding orders, by selecting the tick box 'All Items' you will also be able to see all the recently despatched items. You can also access this by clicking Here
How do I enable Cookies in my Browser?
Session cookies are required to enable you to logon or register to use our site. Follow the specific section below relating to your Browser:
  • Windows IE 6.x or 7.x
    1. Select Tools
    2. Select Internet Options
    3. Select the Privacy tab
    4. Select Advanced
    5. Make sure that 'Always allow session cookies' is selected or Deselect override automatic cookie handling button
    6. Click on the OK button at the bottom of the screen
    7. Click OK to exit

  • Windows IE 5.x
    1. Select Tools on the menu bar
    2. Select Internet Options
    3. Select the Securty tab
    4. Select Custom Level tab
    5. Under 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)' click 'Enable'
    6. Click on the OK button to save your settings

  • Mozilla Firefox 1.x
    1. Select Tools menu
    2. Select Options
    3. Select Privacy icon on left panel
    4. Check the box 'Allow sites to set cookies'
    5. Click on the OK button to save your settings
 
Can I change my Password online?
Yes, select Options within the account section to set the Password or Hint to whatever your prefer.
Can I Cancel Orders online?
Not at the moment. We are in the process of developing an option that will enable you to cancel selected orders.

In the meantime you can email us at weborders@kardwell.co.uk with your cancellations and we will endeavor to carry them out ASAP.
What does Product Availability Status of 'Low Stock' mean?
When an item is showing Low Stock it normally means we are not able to obtain any more stock of that item and it will become Sold Out when the current stock is exhausted.
What does Product Availability Status of 'Sold Out' mean?
When an item becomes Sold Out or Discontinued the availability status will change to reflect this; any previous orders that you have placed; but that have not yet been supplied will show Awaiting Stock this reflects the fact that we intend to supply the item. Should the item become unavailable; the status on your order will change to Sorry, Unavailable.
